Return and exchange policy

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged upon delivery, has a manufacturing defect (DOA), or if the customer requests a return within **3 days** of the delivery date.
If the product is not damaged/defective and no more than 3 days have passed since delivery, it is not entitled to be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return:
* Report the problem or request a return within **3 days** of delivery to the email address **support@simplikw.com**.
* Provide clear photos/videos (preferably a video of the package being opened) showing the damage/defect and the packaging (if applicable).
* Keep the product unused, with the labels and tags, and in its original packaging.
* Provide the order number and proof of purchase (invoice).
How to submit an application
* Send an email to **support@simplikw.com** within **3 days** of delivery.
* Include the following information:
Order number and delivery date.
* Description of the problem or reason for return.
* Images/videos (of the outer packaging + the product).
Our team will review your request and respond with the following steps. If approved, we will arrange for product pickup and process your replacement or refund request.
### **Damages and Problems**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not as ordered), please contact us immediately (within 3 days) so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Reporting a problem after this period may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Non-returnable products
* Returns due to change of mind after 3 days from delivery.
* Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants).
* Customized or personalized products.
* Personal care products (such as cosmetics) once opened or used.
* Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

substitution
For approved claims (manufacturing defect or damage during shipping) or returns within 3 days, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If the same product is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method or a store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges due to change of mind are only permitted within 3 days of delivery and are subject to meeting the above conditions.
### **Refund**
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of our decision.
If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within **10 business days**.
It may take your bank or card issuer extra time to show the amount on your statement.
If more than **15 working days** have passed since we approved the refund and you have not received the money, please contact us at **support@simplikw.com**.
Return shipping costs**
* For approved claims (defective or damaged), we will bear the reasonable return shipping cost or arrange for product pickup.
* For returns due to a change of mind within 3 days, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted.
Examination and abuse**
If inspection shows that the product has been used, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse (and not due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping), the order may be refused and the product returned to the customer.
