Refund Policy

Summary
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged on delivery or has a manufacturing defect (DOA) when you receive your order. If the product is not damaged/defective, it is not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible, you must:

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to support@simplikw.com

Provide clear photos/videos (unboxing clip preferred) showing the damage/defect and packaging

Keep the item unused, with tags and in its original packaging

Provide your order number and receipt/proof of purchase
How to start a claim

Email support@simplikw.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, delivery date, description of the issue, and photos/videos (outer box + product).

Our team will review and reply with next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup/return of the defective item and process an exchange or refund (see below).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 24 hours) so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email support@simplikw.com before opening or using the product.
Exchanges
For approved manufacturing defect/DOA claims, we will arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to stock). If the same item is unavailable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit at our discretion. Change‑of‑mind exchanges are not available.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@simplikw.com.
Return shipping costs
For approved defect/DOA claims, we will cover reasonable return shipping or arrange a courier pickup. Returns that don’t meet this policy are not accepted.
Inspection & misuse
If inspection shows the item was used, altered, or damaged due to misuse (not a manufacturing defect or courier damage), the claim may be rejected and the item returned to you.
